"The hotel is located near the Main train station, but it's in a very nice neighbourhood. The only downsize is that the street has a lot of pubs and bars and on a Friday night it is very loud. Good thing the windows are very well isolated so the sound barely makes it into the room. Very nice staff!"

"Hotel in general is ok but the fact that they wanted to charge extra for the Spa is not fair. You see on hotels.com pictures of the SPA it is included in primary service of hotel and nowhere it is written you need to pay extra its use. I have no problem to pay but the reaction of the receptionists was rather aggressive where I was the one that did not understand how it works. Dear hotel if you publish lots of pictures of SPA facility and you put it in your description as primary service...
