"DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE GERMAN WITH A GERMAN CREDIT CARD. Worst experience I have ever had on ebookers.. I booked a double room w/breakfast.... The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...

"We had a great time staying for 2 nights in September. The hotel staff are very welcoming and nice, the food was great and fresh.
We were not able to book a spa massage since they were full, next time it’s best to order a massage in advance to preserve a spot."
