I am very sorry about your experience. We have an annual contract with No Ka Oi, Pest Control Professional company from Guam for 5 years now. They service the whole building (outside and inside every room, hallways, and every floors). In addition to the Pest Control, we also do general clean of each room every checkout to lessen presence of cockroaches and ants. Again, we apologize the experience you had with us. We wish it were different and pleasant. But we appreciate your feedback. Hope we could have you again in the future.
