This thatched-roof section of a house in Wenningstedt is modern yet incredibly cozy. Just a stone’s throw from the idyllic village pond, you’ll find this wonderful retreat, the “Net Itüüs” vacation home.

The living area of the house was designed with exceptional attention to detail. Relax on the large couch in front of the fireplace with a cozy rug under your feet, or watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The dining area, with its built-in bench, invites you to “linger a while,” and in the fully equipped, open kitchen, you can easily whip up an entire vacation menu if you’d like. From the living area, you can step out into your private garden, which features a furnished patio and a garage equipped with a wallbox for electric cars.

In the basement of the house, you’ll find two rooms, each with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining shower room. One of the bathrooms also features a small, private sauna where you can truly enjoy the cold days.

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms; one is equipped with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The other room offers a large single bed (110x200 cm) and also has an en suite bathroom.

Special highlight: charging an electric car is included.
