The exclusive 3-room vacation apartment in the historic thatched-roof property “Witthüs” offers space for up to 4 people across two levels on approximately 65 m² and tastefully combines tradition and modernity. The 'Witthüs,' a popular artists’ hangout in the 1970s, was built in 1913 and converted into an apartment building in 1995, preserving its original style. Centrally located in Wenningstedt, the beach is just a 10- to 12-minute walk away. Feinkost Meyer, which includes a bakery, is located right nearby. Pets are not allowed.

The stylish living area invites you to relax with a comfortable couch and a TV. The dining table with four chairs is ideal for shared meals and social evenings.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker, offering everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

**PEACEFUL NIGHTS IN TWO COZY BEDROOMS**
Upstairs, you’ll find two stylishly furnished bedrooms that ensure restful nights. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, and a TV—ideal for relaxing and undisturbed sleep. The second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80x200 cm), a built-in closet, and its own TV.

**COMFORTABLE BATHROOM AND WELLNESS**
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, double sinks, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer, offering the perfect start to your day. In the shared wellness area with a sauna and relaxation room inside the building, you can unwind wonderfully after a day at the beach.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided. A shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are also available. The central location and proximity to the beach make your stay at the “Witthüs” an unforgettable experience.



Welcome to the historic Witthüs with its thatched roof—a unique retreat that combines Sylt’s traditional thatched-roof architecture with modern comforts. This charming property, once a popular gathering place for artists in the 1970s, was built in 1913 and lovingly converted into an apartment building in 1995. Today, it houses nineteen cozy vacation apartments. Four of these are rented out through us; ranging from 40 m² to 65 m², they accommodate 2 to 4 guests, and some even welcome four-legged friends. Each apartment has its own parking space.

The Witthüs is centrally located in Wenningstedt, allowing you to fully savor the island experience. The beach is a 10–12-minute walk away, and Feinkost Meyer, which includes a bakery, is right nearby, so you can enjoy fresh rolls in the morning.
