"This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh."

"My friends and I had a great time staying at the house. We had 4 cars and we're able to fit everything in the driveway. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we were in short walking distance of a grocery store which was very convenient and helpful. "What a hidden gem and a great value! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, especially the Raleigh Convention Center (GalazyCon 2025). Used Lyft/Uber every day to get downtown, and the cost was less than PaidParking, and so convenient. "Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking process was simple. Michelle is quick at responding and excellent customer service skills. The house was clean, super close to everything, and pet friendly. They even had a kennel in a closet in case we needed it. My kids loved the Tik Tac Toe game on the wall, too. "What an great house! We stayed for one night during a road trip and we had everything we needed here. The house was so clean, comfortable, and was decorated so beautifully. The king bed was very comfortable and had such nice/clean bedding. We arrived late at night and had a carport to pull into with lighting and easy access to the house through a key pad with a code. We couldn’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. "
