Very clean and quiet. Staff helpful. Recently updated, great breakfast and facilities. Indoor jacuzzi was also wonderful.

Great stay. Stayed twice now. Low shampoo and conditioner was the only issue.

There was dust on the counters. Pretty average service and lodging. Decent for the price. I’m not sure why it’s the highest rated hotel in the area.?

Front desk was very nice i booked wrong dates, he tried to help but he had no phone service the night we arrived. Rooms were very clean.

Rooms were a little smaller, but very clean and pretty new. Smaller hot tub and indoor pool was nice. Easy parking for a truck and utility trailer. Hallways are narrow and there in no ice machine or vending machines on the first floor. But there are ice machines and vending machines on the 2nd & 3rd floors. And there is an elevator.

This Inn is just a couple years old and still feels new. Everything was bright, shiny and still in working order. The only odd thing was the elevator seemed small. I can't say too much about that because the place we stayed thenight before didn't even have an elevator.

Upon check-in we were greeted with a friendly employee who gave us the run down of the facility and were given a nice view room. The room was quiet and had a comfortable bed with really nice feeling sheets.

Quiet with nice views. The cleaners they use left a weird streaky white film on the wood tables and furniture that at first looked like something had spilled and not cleaned - but it was everywhere so hopefully it was a cleaning product. Bed was comfy.

Trevor was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional with the three encounters before us. We were checked in quickly and efficiently, even had a small convo during the exchange. When we went back out to grab food, he was with another gentleman in which we over heard him explaining the “noise level” in the pool area. The “noise” was children laughing and playing while swimming. Just normal everyday kid playfulness. Trevor very calmly and politely explained the situation to said customer who decided to go back to his room. Overall great service. Tanya was amazing as well. She called and made sure we didn’t need any special acclimations or had any requests before our stay. She was also the one who checked us out in the morning and made sure our time there was pleasant. We will defin be staying here again.
