"We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

"We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing. Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel. "Die Unterkunft war große Klasse, aber die Buchung über EXPEDIA ein Reinfall. Auf EXPEDIA ist die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern angegeben. Tatsächlich waren es nur zwei Schlafzimmer und ein sehr wackeliges Bettgestell im Wohnzimmer. Montana Apartments trifft hier keine Schuld, auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass alle Wohnungen nur zwei Schlafzimmer haben.
