"The Crown Hotel is in a quiet village. The name Hotel possibly leads you to believe something different to what this place is. That's not a moan but I would think more like B & B above a lovely old pub. The room was up 2 flights of stairs. Don't expect air conditioning but it did have a fan, blinds, curtains and windows so even though it was 28/29 degrees the room was still cool. The shower was excellent. "This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"Great place to stay if you’re off to the races, 15mins by car or Taxi. The pub does not provide a breakfast but their evening meals are good, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are at the back of the pub and have ensuite bathrooms, tea, coffee and water bottles in the mini fridge. The linen and towels were all fresh and the bed very comfortable. "

"We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!"

"After meeting our friends and spending an evening in Cambridge we returned to the crown and punchbowl for a night cap before bed and and found the bar was shut up and all staff had gone home. It was 10.45pm. So our evening ended quite abruptly. Our room which was on the first floor, was a little on the small side, with only a skyline window, and unfortunately the blind didn't keep the light out, so it was very bright at 5am. "Clean well furnished room "

"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "
