"I was soaking wet when I arrived and the staff couldn't be more helpful in getting me booked in quick. The room was excellent with everything I required and the breakfast had plenty of options. All in all very pleasant. Would use again if around the area. "

"We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas."

"No air con in the hotel rooms so a little uncomfortable if hot day. However everything else was superb! Breakfast was lovely and staff couldn’t do anymore for you."

"Quirky old building, so, some steep staircases. Unfortunately we arrived whilst they were doing some renovations, so, not everything was available. But the continental breakfast was good the next morning. The rooms were ok, we were lucky to get a river view (for free, if booked in advance that costs extra) quite a small twin room, en suite bathroom. Sadly no air con, we did have a small fan and left the patio doors open overnight. The bathroom was ok, the duty manager said they are all being...

"Nothing like the fotos. Dirty. Old. We changed room twice and unable to find a decent room. Noisey bathroom extraction fans that wouldn’t turn off. The receptionist gave us ear plugs as it’s a common problem. Cold rooms heated by electric heaters that smell of burning. "
