Please note: Holidaymakers only.. Centrally located in the popular seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this semi-detached holiday property is just a few minutes walk away from the quayside, well known for its fresh shellfish. There are many good pubs and restaurants in the town with a sandy beach 1 mile from the quayside. An ideal holiday choice any time of year. Holkham Hall parkland and beach is 2 miles. Sandringham Royal Estate is 10 miles. Sailing, windsurfing, walking, golf and cycling are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Great location clean and easy to manage.

Great location central Wells, walking distance to quay, shops, restaurants. On street parking was available nearby, 160 yds . This is a diper clean convenient and warm home. Tthere was plenty of equipment for a family in the compact kitchen space and very clear helpful notes for running of house. There was plenty of games, video s, very comfortable beds and pillows with spare blankets. Maybe a few extra touches could add style for little extra outllay: comfy modern cushions, raised sofa height, better lounge lighting and wall art, and bathroom wash bag shelf, bedroom chairs could be helpful. We would definitely think of coming back again.

Leeward Cottage has everything you need for a cosy break by the sea in Wells. Well stocked with household items and comfy beds. Shops just down the road, great fish and chips on the seafront and good food in nearby pubs. The area around the cottage is quiet enabling a good night's sleep. We had such a lovely week at the cottage.

We had such a lovely week at the cottage. We were the first family to stay in the property after lockdown and it was such a treat to enjoy this comfortable house with our 2 young boys. Fantastic location and the kitchen has everything you could want. Great to have a washing machine and a dryer. I would just say that the couches probably need changing but that’s it! Everything else is super comfortable including the beds. If you have young children sensitive to light, I would recommend bringing blackout blinds for their rooms. We would definitely like to go again as we had such a lovely time and the family was sad to leave! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

It was ideal accommodation for our needs.

It was ideal accommodation for our needs. It was safe for the children and the toy box was a nice touch. We all really felt comfortable and at home there. It was handy for the town and the co-op. Although no parking was provided, we always found a space for our cars fairly near the house.

We’ve stayed in leeward cottage many times over the last decade and always found it comfortable and clean. Wells-next-the-Sea is a truly brilliant British family holiday destination. The beach is beautiful, the town is quaint but has plenty of facilities and not a single chain pub or restaurant in sight. All of the pubs and Restaurants are run by independent and usually family run companies, this ensures that the general ‘feeling’ of Wells-next-the-Sea is aimed towards a true British family holiday. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
