  • You'll love this nautical-themed cottage that comes with a full kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living room space, and a separate bedroom with (2) full beds. The unit has free wireless WiFi and Cable. Cottage has an AC and Heating unit as well as a screened in front porch. You are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot-tub (opens May 25, 2026). Conveniently park beside the cottage. This place has a private, outdoor grill. This property also has a playground, basketball court and other outdoor activities. Coin operated washers and dryers available on site. The cottage comes provided with fresh sheets and towels. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please be advised that we have an absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy! You will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,500.00 USD for violating this policy. We need to be respectful to our other guests who may have health issues.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderfully kept cottage with comfortable beds, extremely clean interior and all the needed amenities. Close enough to Wells, York and Ogunquit for tourist things during the day and come back to a quiet evening at the cottage. Will be back next year for sure!

Maine Trip

We had a blast. My daughter loved how close we were to the pool. I liked the location as well. Everything was very handy to us and the drive to the beach was around five minutes. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Beach getaway

Summer Sea Cottage was an excellent choice. In minutes we were walking on the beach or eating at a great restaurant enjoying fresh lobster. Biking and hiking was near by. The cottage is everything you need and we prepared meals there, too. Jennifer was an excellent communicator who relieved any worries about amenities or arrangements for our stay. We’ll be back.

Superbe 3 jours au chalet 124. La piscine était bien apprécié par la petite fille de 8 ans. Situé seulement a 5 min. De la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié.

The cabin was great the only thing we didn't like was the soft mattresses both of them had memories home soft Toppers on top of an already soft bed so you sunk in we are both used to extra firm mattresses and they seemed pretty old

Looked like some renovations were going on and some things were in progress still. The place was clean, overall comfortable and well furnished. Owner is very responsive.

Beautiful Cottage

My husband and I needed a wkend getaway and this was the perfect spot. The cottage was exactly as shown on the pics it was very clean, space was perfect had everything you would need to be comfortable kitchenware utensils towels, etc. perfect accessibility to the beaches, restaurants and groceries. Short drive to York zoo, beach and the outlets. Definitely recommend. Host was very responsive.
