The property was great, but the beds could have been more comfortable. My kids shared a bedroom with bunk beds and they were extremely squeaky!

Overall, the property is acceptable with an eat-in kitchen (best feature) and good location for our needs. AC was efficient, water temp was hot when needed. Manuel, the service man. Property is 3 floors up-be aware of steps and not lighted at night so you need to be very careful. Several items need attention: -Black mold on bottom of shower door and tile grout -Toilet runs every 45 minutes-possible flapper valve leak -Mounted towel rack is loose -Very dirty HVAC return vent on high wall-problematic for asthmatics -Washer throws several cups of water onto floor when small load is run on normal and casual cycles-Manuel checked this.

Let the arrivals know that the property is on the 3rd floor and how to handle a late check-in process. Also, some kind of shelf in the shower would be great. The big vent in the living room needs a good cleaning. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and well kept.

Great location, quick drive to the beach and to Ogunquit downtown area. Communication with Vacasa was super efficient. The condo was great for our family of 6. Pool and clubhouse were a great plus too. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed.

This was the perfect place for the five of us, the youngest being 15. Nice and bright and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Great location for trips to the beach, boardwalk, York, Ogunquit. Just a reminder that this is the third floor and the only way there is stairs. We had zero issues - well lit, well maintained - but if you have issues with stairs this may not be the place for you.

It was a bright condo that was clean enough, especially in the important places. Bedding and towels seemed clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very usable and had the supplies we needed. It was cute and comfortable. A few disappointments… I didn’t mind that the unit was on the 3rd level, but it wasn’t the best location for my dad. I didn’t see that in the description anywhere. The listing also said it was a short walk to the ocean, but it’s really almost 2 miles to the ocean. That isn’t bad for me, but my parents couldn’t do that (especially both ways). And I wouldn’t want to walk that while schlepping stuff for the day. There’s only one mirror in the entire unit, which makes it hard for multiple people to get ready at once. A full length mirror near some natural lighting would be a nice addition. Not all areas of the condo were very clean. It could use a good, thorough dusting between guests and under beds could be cleaner. I would stay here again, as it was definitely suitable and met our needs.

Nice condo, a little noisy

The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The sound isolation between units was not good. You could hear the downstairs neighbors TV, people walking and some speaking. Also if the windows were open there was quite a bit of traffic noise. One bedroom didn't have any place to hang clothes and there were no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Never again

We arrived at night and there were no lights to make it easy to find. It snowed while here, the plow arrived late and I had to clear 3 flights of stairs of snow. There was no hot water for showers. I will never stay here again

Hope to be back

Great property and perfect for my families needs. All we needed was provided and anything not was a short distance away. Pool was clean and my fish.. I mean kids couldn't get enough (even during a rainy night). Only 3 stars for check in as the office was closed and we never actually met anyone, but everything was provided so probably no need anyway. If I had to give a con, the tv in the bunk bed room is somewhat unwatchable given bed location. Kids had portable dvds anyway, so not a concern to us. Hope to book again next year as we return to Wells.

Loved it

We absolutely loved it here. It was very clean, affordable and convenient to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Bed was a little uncomfortable but my husband and I have very bad backs and I wouldn’t knock the stay for that. We plan on staying again next year-hopefully in the same unit. I can’t give a proper rating to the property manager as we had no dealings with them.
