We all enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The hosts provided nice welcome treats for us and our pup. The views were beautiful all around - mountains, lakes, and a blanket of stars above when skies were clear. We were fortunate to have a white Christmas, enjoyed watching snowfall and running around the yard with our pup. The house was always warm despite the freezing temps. There was plenty of firewood to enjoy nightly fires and the master suite had a very comfortable bed.

View is Amazing, place very homey

From walking in to a basket of goodies for us, another for our dog & then to receive a lovely Anniversary card & bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Plenty of options for sleeping & relaxing. Playing pool or playing a game added to the sense of peaceful calm. Then to add a hot tub on the deck we couldn’t have wanted more. Lots of room to spread out if needed. The kitchen had all the things I needed to serve up meals & the grill was easy to access too. The area is a quiet retreat from the usual busy lives we all have so this was a real treat to totally unwind, relax & reconnect. Would absolutely recommend this location.

Couples weekend

Stayed with my husband, my best friend and her husband. House is set up great we were able to comfortably be together. Hang out and have a great time without being cramped at all. Communication with Marc and Alison is great. They are very nice to deal with even dropping off a hand mixer when I inquired if they had one. I was willing to bring one, but they dropped one off for us. Which was above and beyond.

Great getaway

Spent a nice peaceful snowy Thanksgiving at Mona Pace and it was fantastic. The views were amazing and the house very comfortable. Hosts went above and beyond in communication and instructions to make us feel comfortable and know where and how things worked. Hope we can make another trip in the future as it was a wonderful trip for us and our 5yo GSD.

Girls weekend

Had a girls weekend with several friends. The listing for the house is very accurate. The view cannot be beat. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peacefulness of the property a great deal. We will definitely be going back. We discussed making an annual trip to this home. Would highly recommend.

The house is very spacious with enough room for everyone to do their own thing. There are so many plants and decorations that it takes away from the beauty of the house. My favorite thing was the hot tub which was very relaxing.

Pro’s. House was spacious inside and out. Owners left kind welcome gifts was a nice treat as you walk through the door! Cons…the owners have a lot of decor in the house not room to put out your own belongings. For us personally it was overwhelming as we are the opposite and although you are advised there a cameras you don’t realize how intrusive they feel until you’re there Over all we had a relaxing quiet stay and enjoyed our time

A Charming Chalet in Southwest Vermont

I am so impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the owners' impeccable responsiveness to their thoughtful provisions for both humans and furry friends, this place truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the owners' prompt responsiveness was commendable. From the moment I made the inquiry to the day I departed, they were always just a call or text away, ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their warm and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of hospitality, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.One of the highlights was the owners' thoughtfulness in providing snacks and even towels and blankets for our four-legged companion. It's rare to find accommodations that go the extra mile to cater to our furry friends, but this chalet truly understands the importance of making every guest feel comfortable and at home.The chalet's basement deserves a special mention. Despite the absence of air conditioning on that floor and there being only window units on the first floor, the basement remained the coolest part of the home, offering a refreshing retreat during the warm summer days. My only recommendation is to have some type of ac option on the top floor. It was nice to have the use of fans. While the Wi-Fi connection was slightly weak, it was a minor inconvenience. The views that greeted us every day were breathtaking. The pictures on VRBO simply don’t do justice to the beauty that awaits you in person.
