    This lovely property consists of two single-story cottages situated in a serene courtyard accessible by crossing the River Sheepy. Upon arrival, you'll find a secluded parking area leading to the entrance. Step onto the decking to enter a bright and airy open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the cosy living area, complete with plush sofas, a wood burner, and a Smart TV, offers a relaxing retreat. The main cottage features three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a zip-and-link super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom is a twin that is serviced by a family shower room. The second cottage, accessible separately, mirrors the first with its open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, also featuring comfy sofas, a wood burner, and a Smart TV. There is also a double sofa bed for use here to sleep an extra two guests. At the rear of this cottage is another bedroom with a zip-and-link super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.


    Outside, guests can enjoy a range of activities. There is a full-size hard-standing tennis court (shared with the owner), an attractive terrace with a BBQ area, and a private secure garden. Additionally, there is a boules court and a ping pong table, ensuring plenty of entertainment for everyone.
