This is our second time staying at this property. It is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The property is clean and comfortable. It has a home away from home feel. It is close to shops and restaurants. We will stay here again when returning to the area.

I enjoyed my stay in Wellington. The house was great. Comfortable- in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed the porch especially in the morning with my coffee. Would stay there again.

Perfect Stay

We stayed at the property while my daughter competed at WEF. The house was very comfortable, spacious and convenient and had everything you could need. If you forget something, there is a Publix just down the road. We will definitely try to stay here when we are next in Wellington!

Loved our stay!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. If you are looking for a warm and inviting place to call your vacation home, this is a safe bet. Very clean and had a good feeling about it. Views of the canal are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming with a short drive to lots of shopping and restaurants. Airport and freeway access are super easy as well.

Great location clean home

We loved this house and would definitely recommend. The kitchen was not well equipped though and we had to buy measuring cups and the pots and pans were a bit worn out. I would definitely recommend this home though and we had excellent communication and the house was very clean.

Comfortable Peaceful Home

This home was the perfect place to stay. It is located in a great and quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The water views and beautiful sunsets were fabulous. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai where we savored the beauty and sounds of nature. The photos represent the home very well. It is clean and so quiet. Furnishings were comfortable and the home is spacious. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. We look forward to staying here again.

Great property!

We loved the house. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and every room was very clean. Coffee on the porch was definitely our favorite, watching birds and iguanas! My only complaint/feedback would be to replace the pots and pans. We went out and bought a pan and spatula to cook our eggs and bacon. We plan on staying here again when we come back to Florida.

The house and location was great. So clean and well kept. Back yard view is beautiful. The property manager Jorive Fonseca was just amazing! So kind and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about her. 10 stars if possible!! Thank you!

Great place to stay

Awesome beds and a beautiful place. Only negative is we are avid fishermen and was planning on fishing the water out back but it’s not allowed. Need to add that to the description.

Quick response from owner and a great house!

I stayed here for a long weekend and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice toiletries left out! I've stayed in homes that didn't have that and it was definitely a plus. The living room/kitchen were nice and the porch/back yard were awesome! We sat outside and soaked up the sun by the canal. There were families and kids out playing and we felt very safe. I had a couple questions during my stay and the response time was almost immediate. I would recommend this property and the owners!

Beautiful home in the suburban country

Very clean home with beautiful back screened in porch backing up to a bird paradise. We sat in the morning drinking our coffee and watching a mother duck with her multiple offspring. Pelicans flew overhead. It is a half hour drive to the beach but worth not staying at beach. It is more peaceful.

Wellington gem with a view!

Beautiful home. Spotless. Well-appointed. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens and pillows. The nicely furnished screened in porch over-looks a wide canal/small lake that attracts wildlife that's fun to watch. We saw River Otters, Iguana, a variety of Ducks and wading birds like Herons and Limpkins. The owners went out of their way to furnish shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the neighborhood is residential and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Local Paradise

This property was exactly as described. The location was quiet and peaceful. We ate on the porch with the ceiling fan going enjoying as much time as possible. We watched the animals around and in the canal. We saw various iguanas, squirrels, ducks, other birds, dragonflies and even an otter. Our age ranged from 26 to 81, the house was enjoyed by all. This house has everything you could need. I used it as a local stay while repairs were being done at my home. I definitely recommend this location. I would have enjoyed it more if I had not worked 7 out of 11 nights. I will keep this in mind for my next staycation.
