Cabin was cozy and perfect for the two of as a nice weekend getaway. The only issue was the shower & water handles are backwards (the hot & cold are opposite “normal”) it took a bit to realize how to get hot water in the shower. Everything with our stay was good. We were under a “no burn ban” because of lack of rain, maybe next time a nice evening fall fire & grilling out will be on the agenda. Not a game changer by any means. Would recommend!

Perfect Weekend Cabin!

This cabin was so cozy and the pictures don’t do it justice! It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. Justin and Amber were very kind and quick to respond with any questions. Overall Super cute, great location, and family friendly. We would love to go back again sometime!

Such a sweet getaway!

This was the perfect quick and cozy getaway for our family. Roasting marshmallows over the fire was a huge hit for our toddler. Our hosts went out of their way to provide and share their toddlers toys, which meant a whole lot! We also explored Daniel Boone national forest, only 15 min from our stay. Our only complaint is that we wish we had more time. Thank you to our hosts for making our quick getaway totally worth it!

Wonderful Get Away!

My husband and I decided to go to the Red River Gorge area for our 15 year anniversary. We waited a little too long to search for a cabin, but are so glad we did as we may have overlooked this gem! Although the drive to RRG was about 40 min as advertised, it was no issue at all and the bucolic scenery was so amazing! As other have said, the pics for this cabin don’t do it the justice it deserves. It was cozy, quite, very clean, and had a whole bunch of extras that we’ve never seen with other places we have stayed (e.g., access to a vacuum so we could clean up some ourselves, extra paper towels and toilet paper, even butter if we needed it!). Check in was smooth as could be and the owner responded to my question via text in mere minutes. This cabin is amazing! Loved it!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the Cabin!. It was very clean and had everything you would need. Very peaceful and comfortable. We really appreciated the mowed walking path and assortment of books. The arcade game was awesome! Has several Dollar Stores close by and an IGA not to far from the cabin. Owners were very helpful and responsive! We hope to come back soon. Was a lovely way for us to spend our 9th anniversary!

Booked for a quick over night trip with hubs. The cabin was perfect! Pictures only capture some of just how perfect this cabin is! Communication with the property owners was so quick and simple! They were willing to help make our stay the best however they could! We will most certainly be back! 100/10 recommend!

Perfect getaway.

I spent five nights here to clear my head and do some hiking. Super clean cabin with everything you need to unwind. Great communication throughout. Birds galore to watch from the porch. Wish I couldn’t stayed another five nights!

The cabin was even better than the pictures show. The place was very clean,very secluded, they had everything there that I could’ve possibly needed and more. I definitely plan on getting back out there if they let us. I did forget to take my garbage out.so sorry.

Everything you need

Before our stay here at this cabin, I messaged the owner and asked numerous questions on recommendations and places to go. The owner responded in a great manner and gave me very good options to check out. They responded quickly, and were very polite. When we arrive to the cabin, it is pretty secluded, which is what we were looking for. The cabin was extremely clean, and had more than what the listing describes. There are plenty of games, places to sleep, and a variety of kitchen utensils. I would love to stay at this listing again!

Such a charming little forest nook!

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay here! The owners were gracious and kind in their communication. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the amenities and organization (plus super cute rustic decor!)- it was very easy to navigate when we were looking for things. I cannot recommend this cabin in Daniel Boone Forest enough :)

Fantastic experience
