"Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift!"

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. "A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away."

"Large clean room with crisp sheets on the bed. Both the bed and the pillows were too firm, resulting in limited sleep I was convinced that continental breakfast was included when I booked the room. However the Expedia booking did not state that ,nor did the information sent to the Porters Lodge. The charge was though only £5 pp."

"The reception staff were really great, the two gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what makes a long journey worth it, when you walk into a reception area and met with a smile and asked how can they help? Never stayed at this Days Inn before, but have already recommended it to friends and family."

"Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately! Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay."

"The room was good in size and decor , garden room suite. We were on the ground floor the room above us you could hear everything even the person snoring , the floor must have been floorboards and we could hear everything, This woke us up and continued throughout the morning!"
