"Lovely little place, beautifully presented / decor. Waking up to the sounds of the native birds, surrounded by trees really made you feel like you were rugged up in a tree house. Only recommendation would be to put the books in a container as they smell slightly musty and if possible providing a pair of scissors (for coffee sachets etc) would be great. Could be quite chilly if staying over winter but there are heaters provided. Otherwise 10/10 would absolutely stay again."

"This is the second time we've stayed at this fantastic place and it was just as good as the first time (which was 7 years ago).The place is very warm and welcoming, super clean (really the cleanest place we've ever stayed at). The view is amazing and it only a short walk into the city. Perfect for a group get away.We also liked the added touch of a pillow menu, so you get the best nights sleep.Thanks again for having us. "

"Beautiful house with wonderful views of the bay. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Note that the driveway is a bit narrow so larger vehicles might do better by parking on the road. There is enough room for smaller cars to carefully turn around and exit smoothly. "

"Very nice place. Clean and bright. Good walking location to the city without staying in the high rise areas. The carpark is a short walk away from the house which is the only small inconvenience but compared to other Wellington options it is a good situation. "
