Great place overall. This unit compared to the other ones available on this block appears a little dated but still a great unit! Very convenient to local activities, quiet neighborhood and nice amenities.

This property was perfect for 6 of us. The children loved the setup with bunk beds and another bed in the room. Well stocked and very comfortable.

This was great for 2 families. Plenty of room for eating and sleeping and hanging out. The bunk bed is frighteningly wobbly. Some of the dining chairs are also wobbly and worried we would break them. Mostly clean - could use a good deep clean. Loved that there was plenty of towels and hot water. There was no can opener - luckily, the neighbors were really nice! Really missed having access to the hot tub after 2 great days skiing. Over all great experience.

Location was fine and the house was okay but it was not clean. We ended up leaving early and informed the management about the lack of cleaning that had been done. The front desk wrote back that they “would let management know” but we never heard back. We were a little disappointed.

Location was good, the amenities we never used as the pool and hot tub were closed at the hotel we had access to probably due to a child having a mess in it as it was open the first night we arrived and walked around. The king upstairs should be switched with the full bed on the main floor. The cable was unfortunate and I dont think they have it as the maintenance man came over and couldn't find it either. The property management was supposed to fix it but never did. Next time I would book directly with vacasa so I didn't pay the booking fee for vrbo and vacasa both. I think the cleaning fee was SO high at $185 as this place isn't that nice but the space was better than a small hotel room. I wish when the listing says $130 per night it wouldn't end up being twice that with all of the additional fees. We stayed 3 nights and paid over $730 when the listing rate said $130 per night. That should have been $390. Seems a bit shady to add in so many fees with a hefty cleaning fee. Oh well!

This is our third stay at this property and we appreciate that it is very well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with great cookware and knives that really cut. The beds are comfy and there are enough blankets to keep warm on cold winter nights. The management was very responsive to a concern we had about hot water, coming out within an hour of being called. When we arrived, the driveway was covered in deep snow, which made unloading a little dicey, and the next day the snow was scraped down to a smooth, icy surface that presented a different set of problems. Overall, this is one of the nicest places we've stayed and we're looking forward to coming back.

We’ve rented several houses on vacation, so using that as a basis, this house is very much just ok. Sofa in living room literally has hole with stuffing coming out, one dining chair we set aside not to use as it was so wobbly we were afraid it would break. Front door will only stay closed if dead bolt is on. Light bulb over sink in Master bath is out. Tv in upstairs bedroom only works for videos, not mentioned. So only one tv in the house, has Wi-Fi but it is a very weak signal, and in and out, but they advertise they have it. Overall house was clean. But parts of it were quite dirty. Kitchen was not well appointed: lots of knives, but no whisks, no spatulas, no large mixing bowls, hand mixer would only held one beater, and would not shut off. Had to unplug when you needed to shut off. Kevin, property Mgr, did replace that, and brought whisks, bowls etc when asked. Overall, house needs to be refreshed for rental. This would appear to be a house that the owners never stay at, or it might have been better done. Does have a nice long dining table, to seat 8 or more. However, the finish is completely gone, so spilled water soaked right in. Pictures shown of house are accurate. It’s the details, I guess.

This vacation started out promising. Email confirmation, check in information, local contact email. Then we arrive to find the three bedroom only has furniture in two bedrooms and someone has to share a room. The first morning we found the coffee maker doesn't work and I placed a call for assistance and had to leave a message. We never got a response. There were only 5 kitchen chairs and only 2 of the 3 chairs pictured were in the living room. The master bath had not been cleaned from the previous tenant and had hair and a used bar of soap. The toilet seat was not attached in the master bathroom as well. While the stay wasn't a total nightmare, I would not recommend it due to the lack of customer service.

this was a beautiful area just below Hood Mt. the house was clean but had some major problems with unacceptable pull out beds that were paper thin, very old TVs, and a kitchen equipped with thrift store pots and pans. it would take less than $1,000 to make this home truly comfortable.

House was comfortable, pretty well stocked with dishes and utensils, very clean. Grocery and restaurants near by. Resort amenities were nice. We did not use the pool or hot tub but did golf. We could easily get to the many trails and tourists sites by car. The only cons were that the grill is a little rusted so the flame is uneven, the outside trash can is very small, and the cable has only a few channels.
