"Kramer" is our newest apartment in a former bakery in Weißenstadt, perfect for guests who appreciate something special. As the apartment is still being completed, there are currently no photos. Located on the ground floor, the apartment captures the charm of the old shop: rustic, cozy, and crafted with attention to detail. It features a new floor, a modern kitchen with wood and anthracite cement accents, premium solid wood furniture from Franconia, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and a whirlpool tub.



Very quiet location, just about a 3-minute walk to the lake, with an alpine-Mediterranean flair and a newly landscaped outdoor area with roses, lounge, and bicycles.



A shared parking space and charging station for electric cars are available. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are available for an additional fee. Check-in is self-service. Public transport is nearby, and a station shuttle can be booked for an additional fee. Video and audio surveillance covers shared areas, including parking, entrance, and possibly the balcony. Homemade olive oil, jam, honey, and regional fruit are offered.



A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
