"I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! "Amazing little cottage in the lake! Just as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. The area was calm and peaceful just like we wanted, but any activities weren’t that far away to drive. The boat rental place was just down the road which was also convenient for fishing. Amazing sunset views and the hosts little attention to detail made for a relaxing, stress free stay. Would definitely book again! "

"Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. Turns out the buggers were actually in the wall, behind the siding, but they were taken care of. Overall a great place that was just right for 5 of us. One thing to note is...

"Came here for a week long getaway and could not be happier with the stay overall. The only two things that were mild inconveniences was that the thermostat on the hot tub seemed to be inaccurate making the hot tub hotter than it said it was and the mattresses on the beds were a little firmer than we liked. Other than that it was great and there was plenty to do at the house for rainy days when we didn't feel like doing much. I would definitely stay again!"

"The lake cottage has a welcoming feel. The living room has a gas fireplace and comfortable couches and a beautiful view out the sliding glass door to the lake. The eating area is comfortable and the kitchen very user-friendly. We had a small dog who was quite at home.
