Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattress.

There is a ROKU tv. Wifi (50 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and regular coffee pot. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk.

For a relaxing night there is a fire pit, small charcoal and small blackstone , and a serenity garden. Enjoy the great outdoors. Pets are welcome but we do ask they not get in the pool unless you’ve asked us prior. Please let me know what kind of dog you will be bringing. No pit pulls, mastiffs. Dogs needs to stay on leash, please.

Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. 45 miles from Texas motor speedway and 60 miles from Dfw airport.

Tricks Creek venue- 15 miles. Minimum age requirement- 21 years or older.

Early check-in and late check-out is based on rental activity and can be confirmed within a few days of the reservation.
