I have never provided input after a rental stay. We travel as a family and use short-term rental companies 3-4 times a year. I read the comments on the provider site before my stay and felt the problems would likely be addressed and not a matter for us. This is a beautiful property with a terrific view. Unfortunately, we still had issues. We stayed for a long-weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. A stay in October in the mountains is understandably high-season and we paid a premium rate for this rental. I am disappointed this rental management company does not provide the necessary supplies all other short-term rentals have provided us with previous stays. For instance, dishwasher tabs were not present in the unit. There was dishsoap, but no dish sponge or scrubber. Yet, there is a charge for dishes left in the dishwasher or left unclean. We arrived at 9:30pm and there was so little toilet paper, we had to leave early the next morning to get TP. There was no hand soap or bath gel in the kitchen or bathrooms. I alerted the rental company the next morning, so they would know, and I was told they would alert their housekeeping company to do a better job next time and no effort was made to make our stay more comfortable. As previous reviews stated, we also found cobwebs and spiderwebs inside the unit. I cannot trust the management works to address issues and concerns on this property.
