The Haven

I can not recommend highly enough! This entire property was beautifully created. Spottless inside and out. A feeling of privacy and comfort after a long day in town shopping and visiting some great breweries.

Awesome property with so much to offer

We had a wonderful time in the tiny home and the property was really cool. Everything you need to make it a home away from home. We didn't want to leave. The sleeping nook upstairs was so cozy. So much attention to detail put into these places. We had a great time sitting out by the fire and they but Bluetooth speakers everywhere even in the bathroom light! Highly recommend this place it was super conveniently located to restaurants/bars/downtown and to chataloochee ski area. We will be returning with friends and family to book all three houses.

Well done!

This is a neat little place! Owners have thought of every need for your stay! Walking distance to little town with neat shopping, local brewery’s and restaurants! Renting all of them at once would be perfect for a family or group! Job well done guys!!!!

The house was spotless, modern, and just the right size for my wife and I.

We loved the cozy beds, the decor, the deck out back, and a nice hot tub. It’s in walking distance to downtown but there is a little sketchy part you have to walk through to get there so we still drove. We enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive and nice.

Amazing!!

Was very impressed and excited to see that the property was just like the pictures. Supper clean, easy to check in and out. Was given all the details and instructions on how to use the fire pit and hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

Where I would stay again!

Sweet, comfortable new home just 2 blocks from Historic Downtown Waynesville. Very relaxing accommodations, occasionally you would hear a truck from a nearby road, but still this is very much a quiet and peaceful location.

Cuteness overload

The little 3 tiny house community by the creek was so serene and relaxing. Right down to the fire pit, jacuzzi, covered porches and neighborhood cat. The little homes are absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated. There is nothing cheaply done in these little homes. Having the whole property surrounded by privacy fencing made us feel very safe. Sitting on the covered porches in the morning....hearing the birds sing, the creek running and drinking coffee started each morning right. Then sitting by the campfire at night ended the day perfectly. I would recommend this to everyone.

Tiny perfection

The property was gorgeous and very nicely appointed. No expense was spared and the attention to detail was noticed. Grounds are well manicured. The home- beautiful. Fire pit and hot tub were icing on the cake. Will rent again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at “The Heather!”

We loved staying in this tiny home. It was very convenient being right next to the cute downtown waynesville, but also very private being in its own gated community. We will definitely be coming back! The back deck was relaxing to sit on and listen to the river as well as the hot tub situated right beside the river. The hosts were so sweet and very welcoming and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

we had such a great time staying here, able to walk into town easily, property is really nice, pretty landscaping, comfortable furniture, very clean. loved the towels for the hot-tub, and while we didn't have time to have a fire, the firepit would be fun, we did get to enjoy the indoor fireplace. it was nice being by the water, and we were glad for the large privacy fence. this would be the perfect location for a little family reunion with the 3 properties. we also did get to enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor furniture. wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely recommend
