This cabin is perfect for a couples getaway. Is motorcycle accessible and the location is peaceful. Very clean. The only negative thing I can say is it a bottom floor so you can occasionally hear the upstairs guest moving around. We loved it and absolutely plan to visit again as we are frequent visitors to the area.

The downstairs cabin was so cute, and it was a beautiful setting. Everything was handy and very clean. There really wasn't anything wrong but when the guests arrived that had rented the upstairs portion of the cabin, we could hear the footsteps somewhat. That wasn't too much of an issue, because apparently, they went to bed in a timely manner, and we sat on the porch until bedtime. I would definitely recommend the Cardinal and I hope we get back soon.

Bad bed

First off we had to switch locations and we didn’t get the proper code to get in the house. Had to call because we were standing on the porch with all our stuff and no way to get in. Then we couldn’t get the WiFi to hook up to the TV so we watched tv on our phones. Lol. The mattress was horrible just horrible worst mattress I’ve ever been on. The neighbors downstairs were loud and left every morning between 5-5:30 am and they let everyone know it. But then again we would know it because we couldn’t sleep because of the mattress. Had to get directions to the cabin from a nice guy that lives at the end of the road because the directions that were sent were absolutely wrong.

Great spot

We had a great time. We only stayed one night but it was a great little spot. Only thing was the upstairs peope were up and walking around at like 2 am. Kept waking my daughter up. Other than that is was amazing. The view was nice the property was clean and well organized. Would definitely use this property and owner again

We loved the Cardinal suite it is such a wonderful place to stay. It’s so close to Waynesville but feels like another world! 10/10 will return and tell others to come enjoy being surrounded by nature!

A+ Cabin

We had a great time. We loved the porch that overlooked the woods. We sat on the porch one night and just listened too the rain. It was so relaxing. The cabin is very stocked for everything you would need for your stay. Exactly as described and very clean. Cant wait till we can stay again.

We felt like we were staying in a little slice of heaven. The house was exactly as describe and had everything we needed. After a busy day at Lake Junaluska sitting in a conference, it was so relaxing to come back to the house in sit in the porch and enjoy nature!

Awesome stay with close access!

Amazing property close to I-40 and Maggie Valley. We found our cabin very well stocked and very comfortable for our stay. Perfect for just my wife and I. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend for 1-2 people. We absolutely loved our time in the suit!!
