Amazing stay! The property was immaculate and the hosts were great. Incredible location on the Pigeon River and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Waynesville area.

In town for a golf event

I was in town for a large golf event with friends that we do every year at this time. My wife daughter and I stayed here. Could not have asked for anything better. We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is directly in front of the river and access is easy. Everything about the place is top notch. Hopefully it will be available when we return next year.

Riverbed Cabin

This cabin exceeded our expectations and is even better than the pictures! Beautifully located right on the river with waterfalls in view. We honestly could have stayed the whole time on the front porch just relaxing and listening to the flowing river. Not only is it beautifully located but it is also immaculate and has everything you could possibly need and more. The owners, Jack and Christy, built this cabin along with the others with absolutely exceptional craftsmanship. The reclaimed wood throughout the cabin is just stunning! It's very obvious they take great pride in the care and maintenance of their properties. We had the pleasure of meeting Jack and Christy, and they couldn't have been more accommodating . We look forward to returning again soon!

Short but sweet

We booked this cabin last minute for a quick getaway and it was amazing. The cabin itself is so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Super relaxing on the river! We have 2 teenage boys that love to fish so they spent a lot of time down by the water while my husband, daughter and I hung on the porch or by the fire. Jack and Christy were wonderful hosts. Cabin was super clean and has EVERYTHING you can possibly need in the kitchen. I was super impressed! We will def be back!!

Riverbend Cabin

This cabin was immaculate! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The location was breathtaking. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The owners are welcoming and very helpful. We will most definitely return.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 3 stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it!! The cabin was spotless and situated on the river for peaceful views. Bed was extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We had no complaints at all and are already planning our next trip back to this home.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, especially all of the decorations for autumn. One of our favorite things was sitting on the front porch, enjoying the river and the gorgeous fall leaves. The cabin and river are amazing!

We stayed at Riverbend Cabin for 8 days to celebrate my birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. The cabin is even better than the pictures, and the Pigeon River is amazing! We spent so much time on the porch just relaxing, listening to the river, watching the wildlife, and waiting for the cows to make their daily visits. Waynesville is our favorite little town and Jack and Christy are amazing hosts. We stayed at Paradise on our last visit, and were so impressed we had to come stay again. For our needs Riverbend was an even better choice, but all of their cabins are amazing! They are immaculate and have everything you could possibly need. The location is a short drive to town, but when you are by that river you feel far away from it all!

Second Trip to Riverbend Cabin

This was our second trip to the Riverbend Cabin and this time we brought our daughters. They had a great time in the river and we did a lot of exploring in nearby towns. The cabin and property is beautiful. The owners are amazing and are very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip and will be back to visit again!

Unbelievable Vacation Cabin!

Cabin was located on a beautiful flowing river, rapids and waterfalls in view. Cabin was truly outstanding, beautiful log construction with all the amenities, right down to fishing poles! What really made this stay so enjoyable, were the hosts, Jack and Crissy. They dropped by to welcome us to the cabin and made sure everything was to our liking. True southern hospitality. Everything was perfect. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again!

Amazing stay at Riverbend Cabin

The property was gorgeous; it was truly paradise. The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The view from the porch was beautiful and so relaxing to sit and enjoy the view. We also loved the surrounding area and enjoyed exploring the area which had so many things to offer. The owners were so nice and accommodating, we would definitely stay at Riverbend again.

Excellent NC vacation

My wife and I stayed at the Riverbend cabin for a week in late April. The owner put a lot of work and craftsmanship into this special place which makes for a truly unique experience. Probably the best VRBO cabin + setting we have found yet! Thank you very much Jack and Christy, your hospitality was much appreciated and we look forward to coming back one year!

Magnificent

This was such a wonderful property! The house was just fantastic. The location was magical. It is a great location, close to a bigger town/city, but also so isolated and relaxing. It was perfect for just relaxing and having fun with the family outside. The river view was just so fun and amazing. The owners are so pleasant and were available if we needed. We are hoping to get back to this location again!

Right on the river!

This place was amazing! Little touches every where inside the cabin were spot on. The fire pit was great at night. Between the 4 of us we never looked at our phones or turned a tv on the whole time we were on the property. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to this beautiful place!

Perfect Retreat in the Smokies

The Riverbend cabin was the perfect escape in the Smokies! The property & cabin is beautiful and even better than the pictures. Jack was a great host! Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Amazing cabin and beautiful river!!!

I wish I could give this cabin more than 5 stars! Every year my family has a Christmas getaway and we have had many rentals but Riverbed Cabin by far has to be one of the best. The cabin is beautifully constructed in a perfect location and is so nicely decorated. The owners are perfect hosts, very easy to communicate and respond to any questions very quickly. Jack came down to introduce himself and see if there was anything that we needed or didn’t have for our stay. This was the first time in all our stays through VRBO that the owners made time to meet us and talk for just a few min. This place is so peaceful, private, and quiet, yet you are close to so much. We loved our time on the porch, drinking our morning coffee and our evenings roasting marshmallows and drinking wine listening to the river. It is centrally located and very accessible to Asheville, Waynesville, Great Smokey Mountains National Park and The Blue Ridge Parkway and yet the location makes it seem you are away from it all. Our experience was so wonderful the we have already been planning another stay, hopefully during this summer!
