Our group included 6 adults, 2 tweens, and a newborn, and this cabin was the perfect place to finally celebrate our family Christmas together.Let me start with the views — absolutely incredible. Truly some of the most beautiful scenery you could imagine. The cabin itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and since we visited in January, we especially appreciated how much there was to do inside. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals during our stay. The kids loved the games and the hot tub, and the gas logs were a lifesaver on the super cold nights. We had a wonderful experience overall. Because our stay coincided with a predicted snow and ice storm, communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and answered all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. One important note for future guests: while we are locals and comfortable driving mountain roads, it’s important to understand the location and access when planning your trip. The views are stunning, but the cabin sits very high, and the driveway is quite steep. That said, it is well constructed and manageable if you are prepared. The key to enjoying this vacation is planning properly and understanding the terrain. We highly recommend this cabin, and we also suggest purchasing the travel insurance just in case a major snow or ice storm moves in.We would absolutely stay here again
