"Very nice cabin in the woods, quiet and very relaxing. Host is very easy to communicate with and answers questions quickly. We really enjoyed the well stocked amenities. The coffee and water provided was a nice perk. Highly recommend this location! The downside is not getting to stay longer.... Life gets in the way and we had to get back to work. We would definitely stay here again, it's just that good! "

"I will return. I could have stayed longer. It was a nice respite from a stressful life. Hosts were amazing. Extremely accommodating! My dog loved being able to swim (and chase sticks - finally learned to bring them back to the beach) every day. I think it helped that the hosts left a container of the training cookies. And they left a dog bowl, which I forgot. The wood stove was perfect for keeping us warm at night and when my dog was a still chilly after her swims. Again, I will return!"

From coffee and oatmeal on the kitchen counter to a tea pot filled with water upon our late night arrival, Kathleen had thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, towels were plentiful, and we even had a fun visit with the animals."

"What a great experience, we traveled through Maine and this was our favorite stop. Kent is kind and fabulous. Beds were great, the remote living was a dream. We chose to canoe in and that was the right call! Our stuff arrived on a boat. We saw lots of birds turtles and a bald eagle! It was awesome."
