Lovely home! Mark, the host, was wonderful! He answered any and all questions quickly. The home was very clean and well equipped. We rented 4 properties on Gun Lake for family attending our daughter’s wedding. This property was by far the BEST! The power went out the night before the wedding and this property was equipped with a generator!! If I could give this property more stars I would!! The setting on the channel was so calm and peaceful. Access to the big lake was so convenient and close. We rented a boat and we were able to park on the dock. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place! Thank you Mark!!

Great place, great view

Our two young daughters had a blast sleeping in the bunk beds and on the kayak. Our dog loved to swim (first time for him in the lake). Recommend this place for a family trip!

Great Lake House!

Perfect house for anyone who wants to stay on Gun Lake, but would like a little more quiet atmosphere when not on the main lake. This updated, adorable lake house sits on one of the channels, which provide quick access to the main lake. We were able to pull our boat right up to the dock and have access to it all weekend. It was perfect for the two of us, but could absolutely accommodate more people given there are three bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. It is just as described and represented in the photos. Mark, the host, could not have been more amazing. He is a great communicator and super easy to work with. We will be booking this property again for sure. Loved our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Memorial Day vaca

We trailer our boat often to Gun Lake and instead of heading North for Memorial Day, we decided to stay close to home and rent this property. This ended up being perfect for what we were looking for. The neighbors were friendly, boat dock was perfect for a 19’ boat and we enjoyed the fire pit. The home was very clean and new updates. Mark was quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to dock a boat at a VRBO.

If you stay anywhere else you’re missing out. Beautiful place. Great view! Clean. Comfy. Super convenient. Great communication from owners. Just awesome. Oh and amazing neighbors too. 10 stars. 6 guys on a fishing trip and could t have been more perfect!!

Fantastic spot

We had the perfect stay. Everything went as planned and the kids caught tons of fish right of the dock including a 5.5 walleye. Would definitely stay again! Only improvement would be a 12 cup coffee maker.

Awesome location, very nice accommodations!!

Very clean, nice layout. Everything you will possibly need is provided. Awesome kitchen. We had a 60th birthday party here with 30 guests and it was perfect. All guests commented on how besutiful the house and location was. Would highly suggest this property for you vacation at the lake. We have stayed in MANY rentals all over the country and this one is in our top 5😁

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We have a family of 6, and this was the perfect place. Our four kids each had their own bed. The property is fully equipped and we only ate out twice our entire week stay. Although not directly on the lake, we were still able to fish and get in the water in the canal. We also rented a pontoon boat for most of the week and it was easy access to the main lake. Also conveniently located between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids wheee we have family, so we had plenty of visitors.

Fabulous in every way

This is a awesome home in an great location. This was the first time we vacationed at Gun Lake. The lake and area was perfect for our family. The home itself felt like it was made for us. The layout of the home and all of the amenities were above any vacation rental we have ever booked. We enjoyed being there so much that I booked next year before we left. A quick note about the Host Mark. He let me know that my son left a blanket and offered to send it. He was there to answer any questions I had. Best Host we’ve had. I can’t wait until next summer.
