This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. There was also a significant fly infestation that seemed to be primarily in the kitchen. I wondered if food had been left out, or if the trashcan became a breeding ground for flies. Overall, it seemed like the cleaning crew just rushed through the job. This would be a good place to stay if it was cleaner. The host was very responsive and the house is located in a safe part of town, close to the darling square in Waxahachie!
