-In the warmer months (late May - end of September), our guests absolutely love hanging out and catching fish on our private pier - we even include poles and light tackle! We also have a splash pad! Use our kayaks and explore the lake! We even have tubes with ropes for those who bring boats!



The Adventure Shed:



-Our coveted Adventure Shed sets us apart from every other vacation rental. This treasure trove is brimming with an assortment of items. Discover a fleet of bikes of various sizes, accompanied by helmets for safety. Explore the lake with our collection of kayaks, each accompanied by a dozen life jackets. Enjoy classic lawn games with washer board sets and bags sets, or gather around cozy fire pits. We provide an abundance of lawn chairs, extra coolers, footballs, Frisbees, and fishing poles with light tackle for your angling endeavors.



Pontoon Rental Rates:



2024 Ranger Fish & Cruise Pontoon – Perfect for Fishing or Relaxing

Enjoy your time on the water with this spacious and well-equipped 2024 Ranger Fish & Cruise Pontoon. Powered by a reliable 150HP Mercury four-stroke motor. This boat is ideal for both cruising and fishing adventures. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 passengers (1,460 lb capacity) and offers plenty of seating and shade with a Bimini top. Seating includes two port-side reclining chairs with self-leveling arms, two rear fold-down swiveling fishing chairs, and two bench-style seating areas. A stowable table with drink holders makes it easy to relax and entertain onboard. Anglers will love the dedicated fishing station with a 15-gallon live well, ample tool and gear storage, and a 7’6” lockable rod box with organizer. Stay entertained with a Bluetooth-enabled stereo system for music on the water. Perfect for family outings, fishing trips, or a laid-back day cruising the lake.

The person operating the boat must have a valid Wisconsin Boating License, and a liability waiver must be signed to rent the pontoon. No water tubing allowed behind boat. No dogs allowed on the pontoon. Life jackets provided.



Seasonal Pier & Pontoon Availability

Our pier and pontoon are typically in the water and available for use from approximately June 1 through mid September. Please note that these dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on weather, water levels, and other seasonal conditions.



Baby/Kid Supplies:



-We understand the needs of families with little ones, which is why we have taken care to provide a range of baby and kid supplies. Take advantage of our high chairs, booster seats, pack 'n plays, and an assortment of kid-friendly utensils, cups, bowls, and plates. For your convenience, we offer baby monitors, noise machines, and a vast selection of toys and books suitable for children of all ages.



Dog Supplies:



-Attention dog owners! We have you covered with a variety of amenities for your furry friends. Our provisions include crates, comfortable beds, bowls, leashes, and more. Please note that our accommodations are exclusively available for dogs, and we regretfully cannot accommodate cats. A nominal fee of $50 per dog per day applies.



Weddings/Special Events:



-Kindly note that weddings, receptions, or any large events held at our properties require prior approval from the host. Our max capacity at any time is 24 guests. We cannot legally go over that occupancy, ever. Hosting such events incurs a cost of up to $3,000. If you wish to celebrate your special day at Silver Lake Estate please contact us to discuss pricing and arrangements. Failure to inform us about a wedding, reception, or large event will result in additional charges, and you may be subject to immediate removal from the premises. 1. PET POLICY: Prior approval from management is required for dogs, with a charge of $50 per day per dog. We regretfully cannot accommodate cats due to allergic family members.



2. A security deposit of $1,500 is mandatory. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information. This deposit serves as a hold, with no funds being withdrawn from your account. The hold is placed one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay if no damages occur and the house rules are followed.



3. Must be 26 years of age or older to book.
