Gorgeous, private, secluded area to enjoy nature with a view. House is very well decorated, clean and functional. Awesome waterfall shower and giant king bed. As long as you have a reliable car for pot holes and gravel, you are set.

Such beautiful views and a cozy, clean, relaxing place to stay. It was far away from busy traffic. Be aware if you have dogs with you THERE ARE DANGEROUS SNAKES ON THE PROPERTY. No fault of the owners and of course its obvious based on surroundings that this is a potential issue, but our son's dog was bitten by a copperhead on the front porch on our last night there. He did survive even though he sustained 4 bites and the nearest vet was an hour away so please just be cautious.

We wanted something out of town and secluded for our anniversary and this was absolutely perfect! The property is beautiful and has so much to offer. It is about 30 minutes to the nearest grocery store so make sure you plan appropriately.

Listing Needs Updating

Yes the listing stated secluded, but this property is very remote. As in the dirt roads were partially washed away trying to get to the property, due to a heavy rain the day before. More signage is recommended where to turn off to the actual house, we ended up at the neighbors place & although he was quite friendly, he said that happens all the time. My husband and I are ranchers & are accustomed to remote locations, which drew us to this property, but the listing needs to reflect how remote this place actually is. We were given the wrong keypad code for the front door so had to call & leave a voicemail just to get in the house. Luckily within 15 minutes I received a text with the correct code. All of this compounded the trip to say our last goodbye to my father in law who passed away. The house is nice & relaxing, pictures are accurate, and the view of the creek is absolutely beautiful.

This place is awesome, not my first stay, only reason i gave 1 star for cleanliness was totally not due to the host!!! Severe storms had came through shortly before our arrival, leaving the road to property inaccessible, and no power at the home. Therefore the cleaning crew could not get to addressing the issues from prior guests in a timely manner. BUT....the host got them there asap, and the cleaning crew was awesome, sympathetic, and did a wonderful job!! Like i said, not my first time staying here, and definitely wont be my last!!!!

Beautiful escape

What a wonderful relaxing weekend! First off the property is secluded and beautiful. Wonderful views! The house was very nice and had everything we needed. If you need a relaxing getaway this one fits the bill perfectly. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Getaway

We had such an amazing time on this property. The host was very communicative and helpful with questions. The location is private enough to feel “unplugged” but also not too far from the store if you forgot something! Our group felt very safe with the location, and the house had everything we needed to cook with - utensils, pots and pans and grilling supplies! This was the best camping/nature spot we have stayed in. We will definitely be back. - The only thing I wish the property had was a clear pathway down to the river, it would be very nice to hang out by the river or take.a swim!

A cozy river getaway

This property is absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous, and well stocked for activities and meals. The river and outside areas are well-maintained and welcoming. We spent so much time outside at the water, flying kites, and watching the wildlife. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful panoramic view

Total release to nature. Total quiet except for the running of the river. The night sky is a dark zone and it was brillant The accommodations where very nice. Lots of space Everything you would need Love the sun room Great host!

Leary Beauty

The property is absolutely serene, peaceful and beautiful. It was cozy and mostly fit the description. We were attending our sons graduation in Siloam Springs and needed a place to sleep 6 adults for a few nights. I used Leary in the title because we stayed here in December and arrived after dark and as the dirt road got more and more narrow and we lost cell service, some started wondering if we had the correct place and we’re beginning to feel a little leary.Measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful to have. I doubt anything can be done about this but the master bedroom has an amazing bathroom with water for the shower and bath that just didn’t get hot like it did in the other bathroom which is likely much closer to the furnace.

Great Stay - Very Awesome Ranch

Thank you for making my Birthday Weekend a great one. This is a very cozy location, you don't close access to the river for fishing but the view is wonderful and the sound the water flowing can heard from the front door step. Very relaxing setup, there is not a TV in the master but to be honest we stayed busy enough with the hiking at Tanyard Creek and Woka Park. Camp fire is a nice touch, we used the large kitchen more than the grill provided.

Peaceful property

We really enjoyed the lovely house and the beautiful setting overlooking the river. We had deer visit every evening! The property management team was so friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question.
