Beautiful home

This beach house was absolutely beautiful, it comes with all the things you need included just pack a little clothes because it has a nice washer and dryer. The kitchen must have been recently re modeled because it’s beautiful and new looking. The down stairs is perfect for kids because it has full size bunk beds and the shower head detached so it’s perfect for the kids to shower in there. The fire pit on the balcony was a treat because you can roast s’mores and not have to have a bon fire at the beach for s’mores and deal with sticky hands on the beach. The only problem with this beach house is you and your family will be so sad to leave and try to convince your husband that you need to buy this house. Thank you for the week long wonderful vacation and memories. We will definitely rent this house again we plan to each summer as long as it’s available 💙

Beautiful views and comfortable stay

This is a perfect place for a nice getaway with friends and family. The view is gorgeous and the house has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and waking up to the ocean sound is amazing. This is a resort stay rental and would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Absolutely amazing views

We had a wonderful girls weekend here which was perfect for the 5 of us. With these views, you don’t need to plan any other activities. The house was clean and kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Easy access to the beach and loved the deck with the firepit for the cool evenings.

Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a high end place to stay, this is the place! The whole process went smooth from beginning to end and will definitely be going again next year. There are no BBQ utensils so if you plan on grilling bring your own. There are also beach toys for kids, chairs and more in the bottom hallway closet that wasn’t advertised and a hose to connect out back to rinse off before coming in the house which was nice to have on hand. The bathroom sink faucets and shower heads were outdated and need to be replaced too. We all loved the fire pit as well. Overall I highly recommend staying here. This was a great experience full of good memories to cherish forever.

Fabulous location!

The location is unbeatable. The property has stairs right down to the beach. Although the beach is open to the public, because access is limited, the beach right in front of the property stayed pretty open throughout the day. Overall, the house is well furnished and comfortable. There were just enough bath towels for each member of the family - 4 - and only 3 beach towels, so be prepared to do laundry or bring your own. They advertise a grill, but there are no grilling utensils. So if you plan to grill, bring your own utensils or be brave and use the kitchen utensils. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the recycling bin in the house was full and there were visible strands of hair on the comforters. Having said that, we spilled a little water and when I wiped up the floor, the paper towel was surprisingly clean. Despite these small things, the property is beautiful, great location and generally well stocked. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, but...

You cannot beat this location. It’s nothing short of amazing. However, this property could use some serious updating and deep cleaning. The towels were dingy and there were several other things that lacked attention to detail. Also, there was construction happening next door, which I would have appreciated being warned about.

Simply amazing!

Wow! I am still in awe of this wonderful property. The location is perfect, the property is spotless, and the check in/out system is what dreams are made of. I was kept up to date with the check in process/reminders starting a week prior to check in. This was a 100% worry-free vacation. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here and will certainly be coming back in the future.

Great oceanfront getaway

Great property, right on the ocean. Clean and well set up. Great beach vibe with a modern touch. Nicely situated and comfortable furniture. Love the outdoor fire pit and then indoor fireplace. Walking on the beach in the morning and at sunset was fantastic, and easy to do. Great stay.

Modern, well-appointed, great ocean views, comfortable.

It was a pretty perfect weekend at this lovely house with sweeping views of the sea and a clean beach to walk along for miles. Very comfortable furnishings, excellent property management, and wewatched dolphins frolicking near the shore for hours from the terrace. Good location - there are groceries and restaurants nearby, but we suggest the 15 minute drive toward downtown Watsonville for more reasonable prices and broader selection. Accessibility note: This house may not be suitable for people with mobility limitations as the living space is on three levels as there are many, many stairs - in the house as well as to access the beach.
