A beautiful townhouse literally in walking distance of the harbor, restaurants, shops. The view out of the bedroom windows and living room was beautiful. Could watch the boats come in and out. Exceptionally clean! Unit very well stocked w/ plastic bags, dishwasher liquid more than the 2 pods I often find in a VRBO rental. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans to cook full meals. Some extra dry ingredients, seasonings a perk. Loved having a garage.Road noise can be a bit loud with trucks going up hill behind the unit but a noise machine was provided in master bedroom which was a perk.Loved this town home but would not recommend for young children because of the many stairs.The host was excellent to work with. Responded quickly to my questions and provided detailed instructions for entry etc.

This property was fantastic. Clean, bright, modern, well-appointed and comfortable. The location is great, with almost everything you need in easy walking distance. I do have to note that the trucks on the nearby road can be noisy. If you are a light sleeper this is the end unit so you might want to consider one of the other units in this block or plan to sleep in the second bedroom. We plan to return to Watkins Glen and would happily rent this property again.

Great location with a beautiful view. However be aware that there are a lot of stairs that are very steep. Ground floor to bedrooms 19 stairs and then 19 more stairs to the living area. Otherwise it was a wonderful property.

The location was great. Easy walk to downtown Watkins Glen. The view of the lake and marina is fantastic. If anyone has difficulty with stairs be aware it is a three story unit. We think it made our trip so very enjoyable!

This condo was comfy, cozy and clean! Had all the conveniences of home. It was 4 adults staying for the long weekend and we never felt in each other's way. The deck provided a nice place to have that first cup of coffee in the morning or that early evening glass of wine before dinner. There are quite a number of steps to get from floor to floor...but it didn't matter to us. We got our steps in. This condo is centrally located...so we could walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. A plus after a day out and about. Definitely recommend!

excellent location, garage parking, large kitchen and great room; view was gorgeous - right on the lake with beautiful sunset and sunrise views. walkable to marina, stores, eateries, and Watkins Glen State Park. Master bedroom was roomy with good storage; other bedroom could use a dresser or some shelves in the hall closet - our daughter and son in law lived out of their suitcase for 4 days. Appreciated the home being stocked with most everything - we just had to grab a few items - paper towels, sponge for dishes, kleenex. Other minor issue - consider mounting the tv in the master bedroom in a different location - it is next to the bed and despite trying to angle to watch, can't really use it in that location. Overall a fabulous stay and we'd definitely return! thank you!!

We loved the location of this townhouse. We were able to walk to Main Street and even The Watkins Glen Gorge trailhead. The place was very clean and the ac was excellent. The living room space and kitchen were perfect for our family of 4. Anne was very pleasant.

Absolutely perfect vacation

This was our first time staying in Watkins Glen and this was a great location for us. Everything was super clean and the whole townhome is just bright and open. I sat on the balcony every day enjoying either my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. We could have walked to the state park if we were a few years younger - but I know our limits and I wanted to truly enjoy my walk thru the gorge trail! (So we took the short drive to the upper part of the trail and walked down!) This was my first time booking with Vrbo and I was so happy with how easy it was to connect with our host. I would definitely stay with this host again.

Close to everything

Great place and great location. Very clean and updated furnishings and close to restaurants and downtown. Short walk to Watkins Glen State Park for outstanding hiking. A little traffic noise being right next to a main busy road.

Another Great Stay!

Dan and Ann are amazing as is the rental. This was our second stay this year and it was as excellent as the first one. We love walking to the gorge and hiking the trails. The views and location are awesome!

Amazing stay and amazing owners!

The townhome was better than I had expected. Plenty of space for a family. I loved having 3 levels with 2 of them giving you amazing views of the Seneca lake. We spent many hours enjoying the views. It’s a stone’s throw away to Watkins Glenn. All the restaurants, gas stations, and a church were close by. Everything you needed was right there. Above all the owners Ann and Dan were awesome and made our stay extra special. Will definitely return with larger family!
