Make yourself at home in our pleasant modern apartment perfectly located at a residential area in Watford within walking distance from all major sights. This is a fully furnished 2Bedroom/1Bathroom apartment that features an open planned fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an airy living room. Our apartment can accommodate 4 guests; perfect for holiday goers, relocating individuals, small families or small groups of friends, business travellers or employees working away from home.

The prime amenities of our apartment is that it is fully furnished with free WiFi and parking and has a lot of space for the guests to enjoy their time together, be relaxed and experience a home away from home experience.

House rules:
• Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
• No parties/events;
• Pet fee is £10/night per pet (Pet fee is subject to change depending on pet type);
• Our usual security deposit amount is £150, however, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of up to £500 for bookings for more than 2 weeks;
• Fans and/or cot is available upon request.
