After several calls and texts it took three days for someone to finally come out from local VaCasa office and show us that we needed to click on an invisible button on the log-in page on our iPhones. That could have been explained with a phone call on the first day. I recommend they add that explanation for...

"My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan.
