Perfect! Great spot near the lake and close enough to ride the Erie Canal trail. Kayaking the river and nearby Lake Alice were both very nice. Short drive to three state parks. The house was wonderful. Would definitely go again.

Cottage was great- convenient access to multiple fishing spots. The host was very communicative beforehand and responsive anytime I had a question! We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you, Ashton!
