We had such a lovely stay. Maureen was such a pleasure to work with. We mostly took day trips to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Letworth State Park and many local parks and waterfalls. Being right by the water was so relaxing and rejuvenating. It was exactly what we needed to get away from it all for a week.

As usual Debbie and I thoroughly enjoy our stay. The cleanliness of the cottage was outstanding. My only disappointment was the television options available. Relaxing!

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed this spot! Everything was just like the photos. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. We enjoyed grilling food and spending time on the patio by the lake. If we had more time we would have explored the park next door. Maureen has everything you need and explains locations of local restaurants and local grocery stores in the materials she provides. I would note there is not an oven in the kitchen, just a stove top. We used the grill for our needs but were not aware there was not an oven. We did a lot of exploring the area during the day and relaxed at the house for dinner and in the evening. Very pretty and well maintained. We would stay again!

Quiet and quaint. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Outstanding views of lake. Very walkable area and short walk to Lakeside State Park. Great fire fly action at dusk, like jewels in the trees. Very special place.

Perfect

Perfect vacation rental with gorgeous views of Lake Ontario, tucked on away on a quiet private road. The rental had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The home was pleasingly modern and clean.Hosts were attentive and available for questions or requests. So many special touches, like the grocery store rewards card and information packets. We would stay here again when visiting the area. A special note of thanks for the toaster!

fantastic lake view!

Such a clean, organized and thoughtful space! Plenty of walkability for us (that was dog friendly) and the beauty of the lake was just great.The outdoor area overlooking the water was quiet and relaxing which we enjoyed-after walking over to the frisbee golf park (to play) just a few minutes away.

Cozy beautiful views

Getaway with our sick older dog. Looking for water views. This place was perfect. Very cozy quiet. Took the dog for walks and the views can’t be beat. Very clean and neat little place. I would stay there again. Big fridge we made our own meals.

Visiting son at SUNY Brockport

The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. We will definitely book again when we can further enjoy the lake and spend more time outdoors. The home was well equipped with guides of the area and amenities like firewood and supplies if we wanted to try frisbee golf. We would have definitely liked to have had more time to spend there.

Cottage was as described. Very cute, recently renovated. Owners extremely nice and very helpful with farm markets, parks, restaurants, etc. that can be found locally. Best part was the view from the deck near the lake. So relaxing!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Nice property, great view of the lake, and enjoyed the proximity to the State Park for walks. For awareness, the cottage is small and has an open floorplan which incorporates the bedroom, living room, kitchen and eating area. Enough room for 2. There is access to a W/D but not in the cottage itself. Only mentioning this for awareness. The cottage is pretty, and the hosts are very nice and gracious.
