Great accommodations for my family get away. Comfortable and very clean. Very private area, yet close enough to run and get things you may have forgotten. Fully stocked kitchen, with utinsils, dinnerware, and cookware. Amazing, accommodating and very helpful Host!

If you are looking for a nice little private getaway this is it. The lake is beautiful. Fishing awesome. The owners response time to any questions is immediate. We will definitely be back.

Very nice, we were able to use paddle boat, and had plenty of wood for fires! Very nice and homey lake house!

Great stay! Nice, private property

My family (plus pup) has a great stay at this property. Everything was as pictured, and the cabin was very clean. We enjoyed the fishing and the kayaks for a week away.

Quiet, Tranquil Stay

Stayed on property as a base to meet family/friends in the area. Stay was quiet. Property was nice and the host was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely keep in mind another stay when back in the area.

Spectacular Location

With a small lake on one side and the river in the other, it made water activities extremely convenient. The fairly remote location made for a quiet and relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend this property.

Such a neat property!! In between 2 bodies of water there are very few places for a dog to get lost! They had a blast exploring the grounds, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. It had everything I expected and more. We'll be back!!!

Loved The Lake House

We took a long weekend and stayed at The Lake House for the first time. This is a wonderful place. Peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed listening to the birds and watching the water. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommend!

Serene Getaway

This was a really nice getaway for my husband and I for a few days. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed going out on the lake on the paddle boat. There were so many turtles and they were fun to watch. It was just a nice, quiet place to recharge for a few days.

Amazing vacation

The property is great with the private lake on one side and beach on the other. Adam was great to work with throughout the entire process. Our family had an amazing weekend and made lots of memories!

Beautiful

It’s was freezing cold and snowy while we stayed there. It would be amazingly fun there in the summer, but it is absolutely peaceful sitting out in the deck while it was snowing watching a bald Eagle fly by. I will absolutely rent again!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I had a very relaxing weekend. Everything was clean and very nice. We didn’t catch many fish but the calmness and quiet is exactly what we needed. The host was quick to respond to our questions and would love to come back!

Absolutely perfect!

The property was well maintained and comfortable. Views of the river and lake no matter where you were. Fishing on the Wapsi was great; catch and release on the lake was fun. Great hosts...very responsive! Will definitely check this out again next year.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. It was private, quiet, and relaxing. The setting is beautiful. The house is comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The house has splendid views on both sides and has multiple windows to enjoy the scenery. The one item that would have made the views better is if the windows had been cleaned.

This was our second time at the lake house. We had even more fun this time than last time. Fishing both the river and the lake are incredible. The property is peaceful. We didn’t want to leave. Such a fun place. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Loved the location!

We loved our stay in the Lake House. The photos were very accurate, and the whole place was nice and clean. We saw so many turtles and frogs in the pond and our daughter loved the paddle boat. It was also easy to use the dock on the Wapsi side to get our canoe in and out. It is a very peaceful, quiet setting but still close to the conveniences of town. We hope to return!
