  • About this space
    Welcome to the brand new Rivers Edge Cabin just minutes from downtown Geneva. With a ten minute drive you'll find many great wineries, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. Find yourself relaxing in the screened in porch enjoying the private scape on the canal. Our 90 foot dock can accommodate multiple boats at no extra cost to you. A Perfect place to access Cayuga or Seneca Lake. We offer two kayaks, a firepit and dock chairs, also all included in the rental!
    The space
    Expect to find a clean and neat space to unwind on your vacation. The cabin is brand new creating a fresh comfortable space to enjoy. There are no shared spaces so you will have full access to the cabin and all of its amenities including parking spaces for your boats and vehicles.
    Guest access
    We offer self check in and will provide clear instructions to make it easy as possible upon arrival. We will be reachable through the VRBO app at anytime and encourage you to reach out with any questions to ensure you get the most out of your vacation hassle free. We grew up in the area and also love to share our favorite spots and recommendations around.

The property had everything you needed. It was very clean and exactly as described. Close to stores and attractions. The owner was kind enough to leave brochures of nearby attractions and a hand written note of popular places to visit and dine. I am thinking about booking it again for next year.

Mike was an amazing host! The place was super clean and extremely well stocked! Loved having the kayaks there and being able to just hop right in the water. The back porch was glorious and our favorite spot! The only thing that was less than perfect was the main road right there. The traffic could get a little loud but it wasn’t anything crazy. Thanks Mike, we had a great trip!!

Working with this Mike was effortless. Expect to go to his cabin and it being stocked just like your own home. You don’t need a pot, pan, dish, cup, spoon, or fork. Just walk in like it’s your own home. And to be honest it’s way more peaceful and less chaotic, because there are no bills lying around on the counter and there’s toilet paper lol. This place is a perfect little get away! Thank you Mike for making the perfect spot for our celebration.

Stay was excellent! Easy check-in, clean, great location, and cabin has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Also appreciated Mike left personalized recommendations for things to do in the area and extra s'more stuff! This was our second time staying here and we plan on visiting again!

A cozy cabin with an abundance of thoughtful amenities. The location at the top of Seneca Lake proved convenient to get to many local attractions.

Great place to stay! Very clean! Owner easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Has all the amenities needed and more. Love the enclosed pack porch for coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening.

Cabin Stay

Our stay at the property was great. The cabin was perfect size and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. We had a great time having a fire, fishing on the dock, and hanging out on the porch.

Perfect family vacation!

Our week at the cabin was amazing! We arrived to a very clean cabin with complimentary wine and s'more treats and a whole list of personalized recommendations for the area. We loved that the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Peace on the porch

Lovely cabin on the canal with a wonderful screened porch. We loved the dock, kayaks, fishing and the well appointed cabin. Location was perfect as we were able to hike a variety of places and hit a bunch of great restaurants. We’d love to stay again!

A relaxation stay!

Was a wonderful weekend stay! We floated in the river, had a campfire, went kayaking, and fished! Would recommend and we look forward to coming back! Went to ports cafe for dinner and it was amazing!!

Amazing Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is perfect (especially the screened in porch). We spent hours on the water making use of the provided kayaks (as well as our own paddle board), and were amazed at how much wildlife we saw. Every detail in the cabin was well considered - I can’t recommend it enough.

Safe haven

This cabin is tucked away right on the Seneca River. We enjoyed kayaking every chance we got. Just a few minutes from amazing restaurants. Will be returning
