"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was clean upon arrival and offered plenty of room for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The property is within walking distance to campus and the Hill. The host made the check-in process a breeze. "I took my 15 year old son and four of his buddies for a two night getaway. The property was beautiful and the spacious open layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. The boys had an absolute blast swimming, fishing, kayaking, and hanging out by the fire pit. Despite constant swimming, they still managed to catch some bass and catfish! One last thing…it was great to be in total seclusion and not have to worry about the boys being too loud; however, there was a Dollar General and gas...

If you are planning a trip to Backbone State Park, this home is perfect, as it is just a short drive from the park entrance.However, we did notice a few details regarding the sleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom: The mattress is comfortable but the frame is quite squeaky. A single quiet sleeper will be fine, but multiple people may find their sleep...

"Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here!"
