"We arrived at the check in time and the unit was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet, beds not done, food in the kitchen and towels on the floor. The host only had excuses and offered 50 credit. We had to get ready for an event in a disgusting bathroom. When we returned later the unit had been cleaned but because of the late hour on a Sunday, the cleaners did not put much effort into cleaning the unit. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed. The supplies had not been replenished. ...

Being our first time in Boston, the location was excellent with easy access to the ferry to take us to the North End where we enjoyed historic sites and some great restaurants. There is a convenience store with breakfast sandwiches as well as a little cafe walking distance from the Green Turtle along with a nice lunch or dinner spot on the waterfront. "Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to...
