This property is the owners home and main residence. Their personal belongings are in the home leaving no real closet or drawer space. The pool and outdoor space are nice and great for a weekend get away.

Multi-family poolside getaway

Three families (5 adults, five kids/preteens) stayed for an easy poolside summer getaway. The property was beautiful. The home is a primary residence and so was fully equipped with everything needed for relaxing and cooking together. Excellent communication with the homeowners, and lots of attention was given to their sweet outdoor cat.

We have stayed here four years in a row for an annual family gathering, and it is perfect. Wonderful pool and multiple seating areas outside and in - gorgeous setting a short distance to Oxford and Water Valley.

Graduation weekend

Very comfortable, quiet home. Location is about 20 mins from campus but you feel like you are nowhere close to the party/bar scene. Lots of space and fun to be had outside and inside. Truly restful retreat during the chaos of graduation. Our graduate was so excited to have somewhere to hang out with us that was away from the crowds and traffic.

Great Family Weekend!

My family has been traveling to visit nieces/nephews for college football for the past 15 years. Came in for the Ole Miss Family weekend recently, and have to say that this property is our all-time favorite! It is difficult to accurately describe the home and property in words, but beautiful and breathtaking are top of mind. James was an excellent host and made the entire process extremely smooth. We will definitely return.

Amazing property! This house is absolutely incredible. Everything we hoped it would be. Expansive indoor and outdoor space. Immaculately maintained and warmly decorated. Beautiful Property For Peace And Fun

We had a great time. The home is large and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet, we all slept well. The large pool was main attraction for us. It was clean and the perfect temperature. We all agreed to rent this property again in the fall.

Weekend Getaway

We had nine girls staying the weekend at this property. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, so no one was couch surfing and we all slept so well. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool all day on Saturday! This home sits on such a pretty property with a very friendly cat who only stays outside. If your group is outside, then the cat Beckett will also join! He's was such a fun addition to the party of girls. The host was super friendly and would respond in a very timely manor. I am so pleased with the property and the host!

Best of both worlds - relax and see a game!

Loved our stay! We were far enough away from the busy Oxford area during homecoming weekend but close enough to see a game, shop, and grab dinner. The home is spacious with plenty of room for 4 couples. And the pool area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. James, the host, was great!
