Fallo la electricidad, día y medio, tuvimos que evacuar y mudarnos a otros hoteles todos los huéspedes.

Not a great place to stay
I never felt that I was in a Ritz it was more like a best western or ibis, very impersonal. First they gave me a room with the most horrible view I have ever seen, the roof of a mall, second, one day I leave the room at 10 30 am when I go back at 7 pm it wasn’t clean, what kind of hotel doesn’t check that? I had to ask for cleaning and go to the Bar. Third I ask for a taxi for baltimore the concierge was on a break, then she told to book an uber, I can do that by myself.

Muy bueno
El hotel es muy agradable, la zona muy tranquila y las habitaciones igual. Perfecto para descansar. Igual esta muy bien ubicado. El metro esta al frente. El desayuno es normal, nada raro. Lo unico para anotar es que la temperatura del hotel es bastante baja, y en verano el cambio se siente demasiado, hay que estar con saco permanentemente... yo me enfermé.

The ground floor and 2nd floor are beautiful. But the rooms were VERY disappointing. Old, didn't have an armoire to put clothing in. magazines were wine and something else. NO DC tourist magazine? NOT up to ritz carlton standards. Service was GREAT by check in, check out, bell desk.

We stay at this Ritz when we are in the DC area. From the greeters to room services, I give them 5 stars. I left an expensive piece of jewelry in the bathroom and the housekeeper took care of it by putting it on a white towel near where she found it. I was VERY HAPPY!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Location is very convenient to everything you may need. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive. It had rained one day and I asked one of the parking attendants and greeters Edward if he had and umbrella and he came up with one right away. Had a great stay!!!

The front desk attendees were kind and helpful. Honestly, was a bit let down with the valet service as we pulled around and they did not acknowledge us or greet us after we sat a bit. It felt a bit awkward, so we ended up parking ourselves in the garage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the area was perfect. Will stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Ed, who brought our luggage up, was kind enough to explain how to get to my conference seamlessly, and provided great recommendations. Our room was immaculate, and the amenities left nothing to desire. 5/5

Nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. Great location right next to the metro station, restaurants and stores, and only minutes away from the pentagon.
