Everything about my stay was excellent. Fri t desk and shuttle driver were OUTSTANDING. The room was spotless and had a great view. Only comment would be to have an iron and ironing board in the room instead of the steamer, which was not great.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My children enjoyed going to the pool daily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I am in the DC metro area again, I will definitely book my stay at the hotel again.

I love staying at THE hotel! It is always my first choice. This time it should be noted that the shades in the room were all torn up and shabby - they did not close properly.

Excellent front desk service. Great room!!! Very clean and well run hotel. We will definitely stay there again. 20 minute drive to downtown Washington DC on the same road as the hotel.

Always have a great stay when I'm here. Had a nice university view on the 7th floor this trip. Even got a surprised rose left on my doorstep the morning I was checking out. Iron Rooster great as well as Bagels n Grinds.

While they didnt have the room type i booked available except for an inside facing room, the "downgraded" double bed room they provided was absolutely wonderful. Housekeeping was great, just remember to request it. Really wish they would bring back their loyalty program

Was very upset that i paid for my 2 kids and the hotel couldnt accommodate fornthem even know inpaid them too. My 2 kids had to sleep on the floor! Im not happy about that! Especially i paid almost $300 for 1 night!

I gave two desk clerks my reservation number and they both put me in the wrong room. Finally after I repacked my luggage they gave us the right room. Receptionists did not check that the right reservation under Expedia was in their computer. They apologized but the mishap made me late for the formal dinner I drove to College Park Md. for.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. Our family enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the bagels and grinds restaurant. Our room came with free garage parking which was nice because all around the area parking was metered. The metro station is also close by to take you into DC. All in all we had a very nice stay!

The Hotel overbooked on the night we arrived and cancelled our reservation while we were still on the flight. When we landed, we were notified through the Expedia messaging app that the hotel was sorry that we had to cancel our stay, despite us not having altered our reservation. We were still confirmed through Expedia. When we called the hotel they put us on hold for half an hour while they pretended to look for our “lost” reservation knowing full well that they had given the room we reserved to someone else. When asked if they could compensate or rebook us another room, they refused to give help. Despite us being patient through our frustration, the staff named Sandra, responded with a lot of attitude. Expedia relocation services continually offered “comparable” rooms but quickly reneged after contacting hotels which were also overbooked. This is the last time we will be booking packaged trips through Expedia. In the end, we called a motel on our own which happened to have availability and booked by phone. Future travelers in the Maryland and DC area should be weary of booking here if they want to have a guaranteed reservation.
