Place was nice and clean, but dishwasher did not work and reported it on 2nd day and noone ever showed up to fix it so we wasted alot of time doing dishes. We think we should be compensated somehow.

Great property with sub-par property management

Very classy and comfortable vacation rental with a sub-par property management team. When we arrived on Sunday, the garage smelled like a landfill and the washer was full of bleach water and would not drain. I called and emailed the host. Four hours later they responded, "we know the washer is broke and we messaged you on the Rubearue app". She messaged me on an app I've never even head of...strike 1. By Tuesday, we had already used the same towels for showers for 3 days and were waiting for the repair tech to come. He came by with no repair parts and no new washer (there are only 2 parts that make a washer drain, a pump and a solenoid and he came with neither)...strike 2. Wednesday, I called property management again to find out what their plan is? They told me there is a laundromat in town. I'm thinking, "Did they really just tell me to wash their towels at the laundromat?"...strike 3. I asked them to at least bring us new towels after 9 of us had been using the same towel for 4 days. Property management knew we don't have laundry that was listed in the amenities and yet they never offered to bring fresh towels. Maybe they thought I would do their laundry at the laundromat too??? In all it cost us $48 to use the laundromat and time away from the family vacation we had planned. Tip...make sure your renters have fresh towels daily if they're there for a week!!! If you are lucky enough to have no issues when you rent this place, you'll likely love it. If however, you do have issues (like a broken washer) and need assistance from the host, prepare for a massive disappointment. As for the landfill smell in the garage when we arrived, other renters need to take the garbage out on trash day, so the next renter doesn't smell rotten trash when they arrive. I don't hold this against the property. I do blame the prior renters.

We'd Stay Again

This place was perfect to accomodate two families. We went with our friends and the layout was grand with having the kids upstairs in the two bunk rooms and parents downstairs. It was so nice to have everyone have their own bathroom too. The classic arcade game was a huge hit. The pool area was great. Overall it was a swell time and we'd stay here again for sure.

Great Home made for a great stay

Wonderful. Spacious for our family of 8. Loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Had everything we needed except laundry detergent. We were required to start the towels in the washer but no detergent made available to us. We tried to contact someone but no one responded. Obviously we bought detergent and started the towels before leaving.

Great Golf Getaway

We spent 2 1/2 days at this property for a golf getaway. Location was easy to find and somewhat central to the golf courses we had selected to play. Nice to have 4 separate rooms and bathrooms so that we didn't have to share or wait on each other. Only complaint was that the upstairs TV remote was missing in the couch cushions when we got there and we never could get the sound to work. We ended up just watching TV at night downstairs which was not the best set up but worked for what we needed. Loved the throwback arcade games! We played NBA Jam for hours!

Love this area, easy access to highway to visit St George or Sand Hollow. Love that is a 4 bed/4bath, so convenient for adults.
