This was a wonderful longer term rental property. The house was clean; there was lots of room; the rooms were well furnished with solid and high quality furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans/cooking utensils. The view was gorgeous and the neighborhood is wonderful - lots of walking and biking trails. Laura as the host was outstanding. She is very responsive and very helpful. When we asked if there was a hotpot to make coffee, she immediately ordered one to be there when we arrived for our stay. Upon arriving, we recognized the TV was older and did not allow many of today's streaming applications. Laura responding by letting us pick out a TV, get it installed by the rental management team and paid for it. This was simply over the top service. Any problems or questions we had were promptly answered. I would say she is without a doubt one of the best hosts we have encountered over many years. The backyard is perfect for dogs - large and well fenced. Our dogs loved every a large landscaped yard to room. The master bedroom and bath are large and there is a sliding door to the patio. The entire backyard is very private as there are no houses behind this unit. We would go back in a heartbeat.
