Excelente ubicación, hay restaurantes y servicios a distancia de caminar, todo muy cerca y precio bueno para la calidad. Buen desayuno. El parqueo es adicional, si recuerdo $25 por día. La piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimiento. Personal amable.

Intentaron entran en nuestra habitación!
El hotel situado en un sitio perfecto, con la línea de metro muy cerca, para por ser desplazarte, en recepción todo, muy amables, desayuno muy bueno, habitación amplia y limpia. El único pero que pondría es que la primera noche sobre la dos de la madrugada intentaron entra en nuestra habitación, ( nosotros estábamos durmiendo) al no poder entrar cerraron la puerta, lo comunicamos en recepción y nos dijeron si queríamos cambiar de habitación, les dijimos que como era posible? Qué si tenían cámaras en lo pasillos que miraran quién había sido? La única solución que nos dieron es que nos daban era el cambio de habitación.

My daughter just moved apartments from the Plaza where this Marriott is. I’m really sorry I didn’t stay here before. Even though she moved 1.5 miles away, I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit. The room is great, and everything you might need is in walking distance.

It's not a bad place. Check-in person was a little curt and after a long day of traveling it added a bitter taste to the initial experience. Biggest frustration: renovations we didn't know about. Renovations are understandable, but more than one-day's notice (when we couldn't change the booking any longer) would have been appreciated. There was one front-desk attendant who was awesome, though. He was the day attendant during the week, and was super helpful in moving our room to avoid construction noise.

Refused to accommodate an error in the on-line booking reservation that had the wrong date. Expedia blames the inflexibility on the hotel. Ended up paying for a room we never used. What's this about technology making life easier? Won't ever book here again. 😕

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. Checkin was easy, the staff was friendly, the room was nice & breakfast was yummy. I wish the indoor pool was warmer & the jets in the jacuzzi jets worked better but at least it was warm. Overall, pleasant stay.

An older property needing some repairs/still nice
The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast items are fresh and well prepared; the variety could be a bit broader. The room was well designed. the door to the cabinet broke off when we tried to open it and it was obviously glued from a prior break. The beads looked great but both my husband and I didn't rest well. The dishwasher was full of water but it did seem to function when we ran it again. The tap water smells and tastes moldy when brushing teeth. Several family members enjoyed the hot tub. The door latches of various kinds weren't functioning smoothly and the engineer who came seemed satisfied that they worked sometimes. The staff everywhere was cheerful and friendly.

Everything was perfect down to the location to service the cleanliness super close to restaurants for dinner or brunch. Every type of restaurant you can think of parking on site just absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back to this exact location.

King suite was very nice. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Staff was very helpful and there were alot of options for free breakfast. Also the location was very nice, you can walk to many restaurants and stores. I didnt like that the pool/hot tub closed pretty early even for adults, we had to leave by 9 so we didnt get to use it very much

1. There was no shower curtain so toilets would get soggy after shower 2. Recommend use of softsoap 3. Kitchen was dark. No light near microwave and range so had to use mobile torch

We understood parking would be available, but the lot was full because businesses in the area use the hotel garage. We were told we could wait until people got off work and left the garage. It was 9:30 pm and we were tired, so we made a reservation at a hotel with guaranteed parking. Tried to get money back but was very rudely told we couldn’t. Terrible business practice and service, will strongly urge people NOT to patronize this hotel.

Expedia advertised two double beds. We reserved two double beds, and got one king and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. When hotel staff was notified, they said they did not have any rooms in their hotel with two double beds. They suggested a rollaway bed. We paid nearly $1000 for two nights expecting to have two actual beds. We are very disappointed in Expedia's false advertising, and Marriott's unwillingness to make things right.

Dear Valued Guest,I am sorry to know that you did not get the room type you reserved based on what Expedia promoted. Our hotel does not have this room type (studio with two beds) at all in our hotel. I also looked on the Expedia website and application and I could not find this room type or description on my end. In addition, the picture only shows 1 bed and not 2 doubles. Please note we will look into this further to ensure this third-party company is selling our room types accurately. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out and as I mentioned we have no rooms with this room type. Since this was a reservation done through a 3rd party, you will have to contact Expedia for compensation. Sincerely
