El personal es amable, en los cuartos no se siente el ruido de las personas afuera o al lado, sin embargo deben mejorar en la limpieza y supervisar a las personas que fuman, el olor a cigarrillo fue bastante molesto; se observaron colillas de cigarrillos en el pasillo, ascensor y estacionamiento. Si prendes el estractor del baño, el olor a cigarrillo se introduce al cuarto.

Hotel area was overall clean. Grass for the dog was plentiful. Key cards would deactivate for some reason; for touching phone or a credit card according to front desk. Shower curtain smelled bad. Room was fine. Did the job.
